Technical Summary
 
This is a request for a URN Namespace for the New Zealand Government.  It does
not
use the reserved two-letter NID space (since registration mechanisms for that
have not
been defined), but uses a NID within the non-reserved space.
 
Working Group Summary
 
This is the product of an individual submitter, but it has been reviewed by
boththe urn-nid list and by the URI list.
 
Protocol Quality
 
This document was reviewed for the IESG by Ted Hardie.
