Dialogic has filed a patent application relating to its contribution (by
Kalon Kelley and Jeff Mark) in draft-mark-sip-dmcs-00.txt. If the
contribution is incorporated by the IETF in a standard, and a patent
covering the contribution issues to Dialogic, Dialogic is willing to make
available, on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, a non-exclusive
license in the patent, as necessary to practice the standard, to any
interested party which is likewise willing to make available licenses
necessary to practice the standard.
