CJB explains the use of GitHub to maintain the WG documents

* Updates from IEEE 802.11bh/bi (Juan C. Z??iga) -- 5 mins

JCZ explains that there is a need to improve the communication between the
802.11bh and the MADINAS working groups. MCR express disbelief at the captive
portal situation. MCR: The IEEE does not know much about captive portals it
seems. EV/MCR/JCZ: liaison from MADINAS (or ietf-ieee802 ML) could be used to
communicate official concerns

JCZ explains that there are discussions between IETF and WBA to run an
OpenRoaming experiment at a future IETF meeting. MCR reminds people that an
Ethics committee review needs to occur and consent could be required to run
such experiement

Question from SRI: where is the enforcement occuring?
Answers are confusing, moved to mailing list.

Slide 7:
EK: do you support IPv6?
discussion about what exactly is supported, and how can one support anycast?

Chairs/AD: not clear if this is in the charter of MADINAS or not.  Don't think
we can go into this space.

NEXT STEPS:
1. MCR suggests virtual interim meeting before IETF115.
2. Chairs agree. Early October timeframe will be proposed.
