IRSG Final Poll completed with enough positions to progress. An updated draft may be needed to address comments, although these are minor and editorial so can also be addressed during the RFC Editor process if the authors prefer.

Ready for publication.  I sent a few nits to the authors. 
Not being a native English speaker myself, I think that any remaining occurrences of unidiomatic English are best solved while working with the RFC editor.

The content is very useful but the document itself could probably benefit from some copy editing.  There are a number of instances of unidiomatic English in sections 3 and 4, and there are some other minor issues (tautological definition of "thing" in section 2.1, "mist computing" is defined but never used, etc.).  The intro to section 3 says that some applications can generate a terabyte but never says what it's a terabyte of.  None of these should be considered show-stoppers, just a little untidy.  Overall I think it's a very good read, and, minor issues aside, ready to go.

This document describes emerging functions and challenges when more IoT application functionality is moved from the cloud to the edge. The document has been widely discussed at the T2TRG meetings and mailing list. Many RG participants have considered the information very useful for the community and all comments on the contents have been addressed by the authors. No new major comments were received during last call, and we have a good consensus in the RG to move this document forward. There are no IPR disclosures for the draft and all authors have confirmed all necessary IPR disclosures have been made per the IRTF policy.
