Thank you for the well-written introduction to the application space for quantum computing. I feel vastly more informed about the expansion of quantum computing beyond QKD. I found the elaboration of the stages in section 5 especially useful. One nit: though "privacy-preserving" and "blind" are in some contexts considered interchangeable, the acronym BQC is introduced in section 4.2 without expansion, which I found momentarily confusing. At least expand BQC on first use; perhaps consider using "Blind" in place of "privacy-preserving" in this section.
