A few editorial comments: section 4, first sentence says there is one additonal requirement. Is that what is described in 4.1? The text doesn't explciitly state what the additional requirement is. It might be good to add to the first sentence ",as described in section 4.1." s/one additional ... requirements/one additional ... requirement/ s/takes occurs/occurs/ or s/takes occurs/takes place/ idnits raises some issues that should be resolved.
