Body
Further to our previous liaisons, we would like to inform you that our project
on Operator Layer 1 Service Attributes and Services (MEF W64) is nearing
completion. MEF W64 defines the Operator Layer 1 Service Attributes for both
UNI-to-ENNI (access) and ENNI-to-ENNI (transit) Layer 1 services provided by
one Operator to another or to a Service Provider.

The current Working Draft is scheduled for final approval following our
November 20-22, 2019 meeting and is attached to this liaison. Although at this
stage of our development process comments can no longer be incorporated into
the draft, we welcome any feedback you may have for consideration as part of
potential future work.

The forthcoming MEF meetings are:
• 10-13 February 2020, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• 27-30 April 2020, Edinburgh, UK
• 27-30 July 2020, Montreal, Canada
