Body
Broadband Forum Working text WT-341 focuses on consolidating the existing
Broadband Forum AAA work into a single concise catalog or information model for
authentication, authorization and accounting functions that are used within a
BBF network.

As part of the ongoing work related to this WT, a set of RADIUS vendor specific
attributes that have common semantics across a plurality of implementations has
been identified. This common set of attributes has been defined in IETF draft
<draft-klammorrissette-radext-very-common-vsas- 00.txt> submitted into the
radext working group subject to IETF standards track process. It will have IANA
considerations.

We are very interested in the progression of this draft as it is our intention
to reference this work. We request you keep us apprised of its progress.

Sincerely,
Michael Fargano,
Broadband Forum Technical Committee Chair
