The field of ECDHE and ECMQV escrow is a minefield from Certicom,
Cryptopeak, and others. I think the application to ordinary FS-ECDHE is
nonsense, but 6202150, the Cryptopeak patent on auto-escrowing ECMQV
seems quite relevant.
