Settlement Use Terms (see section 8 https://patentandiprecoveries.files.wordpress.com/2018/04/contracts-sym00001-sym00011.pdf) are prohibited from any uses or networking communication uses which impact EU Standards;

Declaration: The individual (Todd Glassey) submitting this template represents and warrants that all terms and conditions that must be satisfied for parties who implement software or firmware from any covered IETF specification, to obtain a license or damages/infringement release have been disclosed in this IPR disclosure statement, witness my eSignature / s / Todd S. Glassey from Belarus, Oct13-2020

Statement

US6370629 was based on IETF legal standing separated from GLASSEY and MCNEIL by a settlement which unfortunately only speaks about there being one patent filed at the time of the release, and as such only paid for one filing instead of all six filed then.
