This disclosure relates only to Avaya patent application 14/068839 filed on October 31st, 2013 and entitled “Providing Origin Insight for Web Applications via Session Traversal Utilities for Network Address Translation (STUN) Messages, and Related Methods, Systems and Computer-Readable Media”.
If technology in the document named "draft-johnston-tram-stun-origin-00.txt” is included in a standard adopted by IETF, and any claims of any above-identified Avaya patents are necessary for practicing the standard, any party will have the right to use the invention(s) covered by the patent claims thereof under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, to implement and fully comply with the standard.
The reasonable non-discriminatory terms are:
If the standard is adopted, Avaya will not assert the above-identified patents against any party for making, using, selling, importing or offering for sale a product that implements the standard, provided, however that Avaya retains the right to assert such patents (including the right to claim past royalties) against any party that asserts a patent it owns or controls (either directly or indirectly) against Avaya or any of Avaya's affiliates or successors in title or against any products of Avaya or any products of any of Avaya's affiliates either alone or in combination with other products; and Avaya retains the right to assert such above-identified Avaya patents against any product or portion thereof that is not necessary for compliance with the standard.
