Toshiba’s Statement of IPR relating to draft-ohba-pana-keywrap-02

Toshiba is the owner of Japanese Patent Application(s) No. P2010-108520 (including divisional application(s), continuation(s), and foreign counterpart(s)) relating to a technology called “Protocol for Carrying Authentication for Network Access (PANA) Extension for Key Wrap”.

Toshiba believes that the above mentioned Patent Application(s) is/are necessary for implementation of the technology in “draft-ohba-pana-keywrap-02”.

If the standard relating to the technology is adopted by IETF, Toshiba will not assert the above mentioned Patent Application(s) against any party for making, using, selling, offering for sale or importing a product that implements the standard. However, notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Toshiba retains the right to assert the above mentioned Patent Application(s) including the right to claim past royalties against any party that directly or indirectly asserts a patent it owns or controls against any products of Toshiba and/or its Affiliates.

If any party wants royalty bearing license relating to the above mentioned Patent Application(s) , we ready to grant license to anyone who prefers that terms and condition.
