Section 3.1., paragraph 0: > 3.1. Proxy Behavior If IPv6 transition capabilities depend on the presence of v4/v6 proxies (and DNS entries, etc.), the document should REQUIRE their presence, rather than merely RECOMMEND them. (Or is there another IPv6 transition mechanism that doesn't require this?)
