Please consider the comments from the Gen-ART Review by Ben Campbell on 2009-Jun-30. Are there missing words in Abstract? > > "...allows to carry 4 octet autonomous system numbers" There's no motivational text in the Introduction. A paragraph describing (very briefly) why you would want 4 octet extended communities might be helpful.
