I still think my concerns about profiling are valid (see tracker log
for my discuss comment), but since specific application uses have been
removed I am clearing.  I think this document is fine for use in
programming languages, as input to application etc.  I don't think it
is well thought through enough for use inside protocols like for CRL
location.
