Technical Summary
 
  This document describes the cryptographic algorithms and parameters
  supplementary to some Russian National Cryptographic Standards:
  GOST 28147-89, GOST R 34.10-94, GOST R 34.10-2001 and GOST R 34.11-94.
  These supplements are needed to make these algorithms useful in Internet
  security protocols.
 
Working Group Summary
 
  This is an individual contribution; however, it has been reviewed by
  participants in several Security Area Working Groups, including
  PKIX, S/MIME, and TLS.
 
Protocol Quality
 
  This document was reviewed by Russell Housley for the IESG.
