Technical Summary
This document describes the cryptographic algorithms and parameters
supplementary to some Russian National Cryptographic Standards:
GOST 28147-89, GOST R 34.10-94, GOST R 34.10-2001 and GOST R 34.11-94.
These supplements are needed to make these algorithms useful in Internet
security protocols.
Working Group Summary
This is an individual contribution; however, it has been reviewed by
participants in several Security Area Working Groups, including
PKIX, S/MIME, and TLS.
