As shepherd, I would like to initiate a final IRSG poll on:

The document has gone through IRSG review, in which Marie-Jose Montpetit did a
comprehensive review of the document and offered substantial and useful
comments. The latest -06 version incorporates changes based on the comments,
and Marie-Jose has confirmed that the changes meet with her approval. s an
update to -05, it also includes the necessary annotations as required by RFC
5743 section 2.1. I as shepherd have also reviewed the latest draft and believe
that it is ready.
So, please start a final IRSG publication approval poll for this document. On
behalf of the ICNRG chairs, thanks in advance for moving this forward!
