Technical Summary

   This document defines an RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) Extended Report
   (XR) Block that allows reporting of post-repair loss count metrics
   for a range of RTP applications.


Working Group Summary

   The WG reached a good consensus on approving this document.

   A number of experts in the WG as well as the SDP reviewer in the MMUSIC 
   WG reviewed the document.
