In the Introduction I find: A range of values MAY be reserved for Experimentation as set out in [9]. Values from this range MUST NOT be assigned by IANA. I find that MAY confusing. Later in the document some experimental ranges are defined. Who does the MAY apply to? Does this actually mean: For some paramters, a range of values is reserved for Experimentation as set out in [9]. (still awaiting my Gen-ART review)
