draft-ietf-nsis-fw-07.txt:

Add to Appendix A. Contributors

Bob Braden originally proposed "A Two-Level Architecture for
Internet Signaling" as an Internet-Draft in November 2001. This draft
served as an important starting point for the framework discussed
herein, and the authors owe a debt of gratitude to Bob for this proposal.
