Technical Summary

This document is focused on operational - networking - issues in dealing with 
quality of experience for streamed video and other high-bitrate media over the
Internet.

The document identifies video as a significant part of the traffic on the
Internet and while this video traffic can be handled transparently as generic
application-level traffic but that the network design decisions can impact
application-level performance and consequently quality of video delivery.

Working Group Summary

This draft is very straight forward and is intended as Informational. There
were no controversies for the Draft as it progressed through the working group
last call. In addition to the mailing list discussions and other input occurred
in the GitHub repository (https://github.com/ietf-wg-mops/draft-ietf-mops-streaming-opcons)

Document Quality

Multiple reviews have been done. There are no implementations as this document does not proposes any new protocol but simply
provides guidelines - Informational - for better understanding how the streamed
media flows through the network.
