Technical Summary

   This document specifies an extension to the request/reply based 
   Locator/ID Separation Protocol (LISP) control plane to enable 
   Publish/Subscribe (PubSub) operation.

Working Group Summary

   The WG supported this document and considered PubSub an important 
   feature to be added to the LISP Control Plane. The document 
   started out as Experimental, but once the base LISP specifications 
   were published on the Standards Track and given deployment 
   experience, the WG reached consensus to change the Status.

Document Quality

   The document includes a sample of deployment experiences.
