Technical Summary

This proposal enriches the data provided by ALTO to improve the client's understanding of the network topology, which can help identify shared bottlenecks.

Working Group Summary

There were no significant controversies.

Document Quality

The document has received several detailed reviews, and there are handful of early implementations of the protocol and an active effort to implement the final version. As with the rest of ALTO, there are no firm plans for wide deployment in the internet.

Notably, none of the directorate reviews were complete at the conclusion of Last Call.

Martin Duke.

There are no new IANA registries.
