I appreciate all the efforts of the authors/reviewers to polish the document.
Though I only skimmed it, it seemed well-structured and clearly written.

The security considerations section in the document seems adequate.
It might be useful to have a privacy considerations section, though, to
record what user/subscriber information is expected to be disclosed through
which protocol flows, and what protection is available for it.
