During the ITU-T SG11 (Q4/11) meeting, which took place in Geneva (6-15 March
2019), it was agreed to start a new work item:

-       Draft Recommendation ITU-T Q.telemetry-VBNS “Signalling requirements
for telemetry of virtual broadband network services”, which aim is to specify
the signalling requirements for telemetry of virtual broadband network
services, by architecturally adding the dedicated functional component and the
corresponding interfaces in NFV framework. The A.1 justification is included as
Annex B in the Q4/11 meeting report (SG11-TD774/GEN) and the baseline text is
contained in SG11-TD811/GEN.
