adopted by IETF, and any claim of the identified patent or any patent issued on

implementing the RFC or draft standard, Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson will not
assert such claim against any implementor for making, using, selling, importing
or offering for sale a product or service that fully implements the RFC or draft
standard, provided, however, that Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson retains the
right to assert such claim against any implementor that asserts a patent it owns
or controls against Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson or any of its Affiliates or
successors in title, for fully implementing the RFC or draft standard adopted by
IETF.
Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson also retains its right to assert its patent
claims against any product or portion thereof that is not necessary for
compliance with the RFC or draft standard.
To anyone who prefers a license instead of the above non assertion,
Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson is willing to grant a license on fair,
reasonable and non discriminatory reciprocity conditions.
