If technology included in the above identified internet draft is
included in an IETF standard that is adopted by IETF such that any
claims of any Divideon patent are technically necessary to practice that
technology in the standard (each a "Necessary Patent"), Divideon commits
to license such Necessary Patents to any party that implements such
standard under royalty-free, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms,
with reciprocity, provided that such party makes an identical, mutual
commitment in writing to Divideon.

If a party is unwilling to reciprocally license its patents that are
technically necessary to practice such standard to Divideon on
substantially identical, royalty-free reasonable and non-discriminatory
terms, then Divideon commits to license its Necessary Patents included
in the above identified internet draft to such party on terms that may
require payment of a royalty to Divideon and that are otherwise
reasonable and non-discriminatory, so long as such party agrees to
license Divideon on substantially identical reasonable and
non-discriminatory terms.
