The Patent Holder states that its position with respect to licensing any patent claims
contained in the patent(s) or patent application(s) disclosed above that would necessarily
be infringed by implementation of the technology required by the relevant IETF
specification ("Necessary Patent Claims"), for the purpose of implementing such
specification, is as follows(select one licensing declaration option only):

France Telecom SA declares that its contributions are in conformity with
section 10 of RFC 2046. If part(s) of a contribution by France Teleco SA
employees is(are) included in a IETF standard and France Telecom SA
has patents and/or pending applications that are essential to
implementation of such included part(s), France Telecom is prepared to grant, on
the basis of reciprocity ( grant-back ) whenever applicable, a license on such
included part(s) on reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and conditions. Such
license shall be subject to a written license agreement before use of patents
and/or patents applications as defined hereunder.

of RFC 2026, as updated by RFC 3667 and RFC 3668.

If part(s) of a contribution by France Telecom SA employees is(are) included
in an IETF standard and France Telecom SA has patents and/or pending
applications that
are essential to implementation of such included part(s), France Telecom is
prepared to
grant, on the basis of reciprocity (grant-back) whenever applicable, a license
on such
included part(s) on reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and conditions.
