Notes: In order to allow the widest possible use of NAT traversal technology,
Interactive People Unplugged AB (ipUnplugged) presents the following
statement regarding its patents and patent applications relating to
NAT traversal.

ipUnplugged hereby makes it known that it will
not assert any claims in any patents issued in any country based on

- the US patent application 09/742,443 or any patent application
listing the same as a priority application,

against any party that makes, uses, sells, imports, or offers for sale
a conforming implementation of an IETF standards-track specification
of an Mobile IP NAT traversal module.

This statement is limited in that ipUnplugged does not give any
rights to incorporate NAT traversal technology covered by patents of
ipUnplugged in implementations for any other protocols other than the
IETF standards-track Mobile IP protocol.

This statement is limited in that ipUnplugged retains the right to
assert said patents against any party and any subsidiary of a party that
asserts a patent it owns or controls, either directly or indirectly,
against ipUnplugged or any of its subsidiaries or successors in title
for any implementation of or operation of any software or system
implementing technology specified by the IETF. ipUnplugged also
retains the right to claim damages for any prior use by such a party of
NAT traversal technology covered by patents of ipUnplugged.
