Licensing See Text Below for Licensing Declaration
Licensing information, comments, notes, or URL for further information

If technology in this IPR disclosure statement is included in an IETF standard that is adopted by IETF and any claims of any Intel patent are technically necessary to practice the standard (each a "Necessary Patent") and are reflected in this IPR disclosure statement, Intel commits to license such Necessary Patents to any party that implements such standard under royalty-free, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, provided however that such party makes an identical, mutual commitment in writing to Intel.

If a party is unwilling to reciprocally license its patents that are technically necessary to practice such standard to Intel on substantially identical, royalty-free reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, then Intel commits to license its Necessary Patents that are reflected in this IPR disclosure statement to such party on terms that may require payment of a royalty to Intel and that are otherwise reasonable and non-discriminatory, so long as such party agrees to license Intel on substantially identical reasonable and non-discriminatory terms.

Note: The individual submitting this template represents and warrants that he or she is authorized by the Patent Holder to agree to the above-selected licensing declaration.
