FWIW - "GeoPriv - the ability to assert a control policy based on time or location is what my 629 patent protects". What you use it for (privacy, information control, content authentication etc) is your business. That means unfortunately (and I have said this numerous times already) there is NOTHING that GeoPRIV can do over an encrypted network which in some manner will not violate one or more of the 629 patent's last three independent claims.
