Japan, is licensed under the necessary JBIG patents to make, use, offer
for sale, lease, or otherwise dispose of its products having
JBIG-related capabilities.

Matsushita Graphic Communication Systems, Inc. has participated in the
TIFF-FX interoperability test process as an independent developer of
TIFF-FX, including JBIG (ITU-T Recommendation T.82) in a manner that is
consistent with the JBIG profile of TIFF-FX (i.e. Profile J).
