I had a discuss/question:
   Is it just me who finds it weird that the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses 
   do not start on 32-bit boundary?
Responsible AD has give an answer that shows that authors thought
about it and made a conscious decision. That is fine for me.
They migth want to add some of that explanation to the document.
