Abstract

This document proposes extensions to the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and the Binary Floor Control Protocol (BFCP) for service request and queue manipulation related to the Completion of Calls to Busy Subscribers (CCBS) and Completion of Calls on No Reply (CCNR) services.
