The document defines 'etsi' namespace identifier for URNs used by YANG modules published by European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).

This is an AD sponsored document, it is not a product of a particular WG. NETCONF WG is the closest one to the subject and has reviewed the document. The decision of not making it a WG document was based on no technical work needed to be done on the protocol level.
