The IESG has concluded that this work is related to IETF work, but this
relationship does not prevent publishing.

Additionally, the IESG requests the following note be added to the document if
it is published:

The IESG reminds the reader that this document does not have IETF consensus and
does not represent the IETF opinion on: How to construct experiments; What the
research topics related to the Root Zone are; What the key research questions
pertaining to the Root Zone and DNSSEC might be. As an Informational report on
experiments performed in the "yeti" test bed it holds insufficient
information on operational practices, scalability, and security implications
surrounding the DNS for the reader to draw any conclusions about the
experiences from the test-bed and if those experiences can be taken further
either independently or as a topic in the IETF.
